Themes of awakening and our cosmic origins set against electronic beats and dreamy vocals. A spoken word feature by Jeremy D. speaks to deeper topics.
Inspired by the concept of 'Wanderers' from the book 'The Ra Material', it aims to be a comfort to all those that do their best to shine a light in the darkness.
lyrics
Wanderer
(Wake up)
You’re stardust, very far from home
You’re wandering, into the illusion
Take heart. I know, I know, I know it hurts
But into the darkness you go,
Brave soul
And it’s time to wake up
Remember where you came from
Who you are
You’re not alone in the dark
You hold the light,
Inside
(Wake up)
One consciousness, taking many forms
Expanding love, through the illusion of separation
Take heart, I know I know I know, it hurts
But out of the darkness you come
Brave soul
And it’s time to wake up
Remember where you came from
Who you are
You’re not alone in the dark
You hold the light,
Inside
Remember who you are
The time is now, the shift is here
Rising up our frequency
Move into love and out of fear
You can’t be controlled if you’re awake
(Spoken by Jeremy.D)
Sometimes the way we awaken is through the recognition of the illusion that we’re living in.
There can be a creeping dissatisfaction, a loneliness and sense of alienation
that creates a longing and a seeking deep within us.
We sense the contradictions in society.
How the illusions of separation are constructed and perpetuated.
We sense how they are reflected in us and we begin to try to reconcile these, to heal, to wake up.
We ask the big questions; why are we here, what is my purpose, who am I really?
We go within, and there we find a whole universe of connection open to us and a sense of true belonging.
